Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy) In compliance with European Union consumer protection regulations, buyers located in the EU have the right to return any ready-made artwork purchased directly from our online store within 14 days of delivery, without providing any justification.

Exemptions for Custom Commissions: Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to any artworks created on commission, custom-made pieces, or items personalized according to specific customer requests. All sales for custom commissioned artworks are final.

Return Conditions for Fragile Artworks: Our artworks are unique, handcrafted pieces executed on vintage and fragile supports (antique windows, shutters, barrel staves). To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be returned in its exact original condition, completely undamaged, and packed inside its original, specific protective packaging.

Return Shipping Costs & Liability: All return shipping fees, packaging costs, and any applicable customs duties are strictly the responsibility of the buyer. Given the high weight, volume, and fragile nature of these artworks, we strongly require using a tracked and fully insured shipping service. If the item is returned damaged due to improper packaging by the buyer, a deduction from the refund will be legally applied.

Damages in Transit (Fully Insured Shipments): We take extraordinary care in packing our items, and all shipments leave our studio fully insured. Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. To allow us to process the insurance claim with the courier, any damage must be reported to info@finestretoscane.com as soon as possible, providing clear photos of the damaged artwork and the external packaging.
