Refund policy

All Sales Are Final for Unique Artworks Most of the items available in our store are unique, handcrafted, and one-of-a-kind artworks (Painted Windows, Shutters, Barrel Staves, etc.). Due to their artistic nature, these items are sold as "Final Sale" and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or buyer's remorse.

14-Day Policy for Standard Items For any non-custom/non-unique items, we have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and Issues (Fully Insured Shipping) We take great care in packing our windows, and all shipments are fully insured. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged during transit, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@finestretoscane.com.

To process an insurance claim, we will need: • Clear photos of the damaged item. • Photos of the external packaging (the box), even if it doesn't look damaged.

Exchanges Since our products are unique pieces, exchanges are generally not possible. If an item is damaged, we will proceed with a refund through the insurance or discuss a custom replacement.
