Shipping policy

At Finestre Toscane, we ship our handcrafted artworks to collectors worldwide. We take every precaution to ensure your unique piece is professionally packed and fully insured during its journey from our workshop in Italy to your home.

1. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, here are the estimated delivery times:

Italy: 2-4 business days. European Union (EU): 4-7 business days. United Kingdom: 5-10 business days. United States & Canada: 7-14 business days. Rest of the World: 10-20 business days.

Please note: These are estimates. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

2. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Within the European Union (EU): No customs duties or additional import taxes apply. The price you pay at checkout is final.

Outside the EU (USA, UK, Canada, etc.): Customers are responsible for any import duties, local taxes, or customs clearance fees that may be applied by their country's customs office. These fees are usually collected by the courier at the time of delivery. We cannot predict the exact amount of these charges.

3. Fully Insured Shipments Your shipment is 100% insured. Due to the high value and unique nature of our windows and artworks, we use professional-grade packaging and crates to ensure maximum protection. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

4. Damage Policy (Crucial) We take extreme care in our crating process, but in the rare event that an item arrives damaged:

• Inspect the package immediately upon arrival. • Contact us within 24 hours at info@finestretoscane.com. • Provide photos of the damaged item AND the external packaging (the box/crate).

This documentation is mandatory for us to file an insurance claim and provide you with a refund or solution.

5. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions of the artwork, and the destination country.
